Chesapeake Beach, MD Bowfly Properties is looking for a house cleaner for an Airbnb/short-term rental.
The successful candidate will ensure that the house is cleaned to a high standard.
The company is an Evolve Partner and will be growing, they expect to gain more in the near future so they want somebody who can grow with them.
The ideal candidate will be an existing cleaner who wants to add an average of 10 cleanings per month to their plate.
Key
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain all areas of assigned properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchens (This includes cleaning dishes, making the beds, turndown service, and cleaning of both bathrooms) Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing surfaces Laundry of sheets, linens, and dirty towels.
Prepping the home for new guests (This includes re-supplying snacks, k-cups, bathroom tissue, paper towels, and other amenities)
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team Good communication and time-management skills We are looking for someone who already does this for a living and just wants more leads or jobs.
This is a position with a competitive salary and weekly pay.
